This app is for Txrre auction advisors who need to FIND and RECORD auction sales.- You will need a username to use this app.- Once you log in, you will select the county that you are attending.- Once a trustee starts "crying" a property, all you need to do is enter any "keywords" into the SEARCH bar.- All records that match the characters you enter will be displayed on the screen.- Once you find the correct record, just click the property address and you can enter two pieces of information: Opening Bid and the Closing Bid.- Once you fill in both fields, just hit the SUBMIT button.
